Lagubrious & Salubrious
Unable to get online, but in need of definitions, I texted Michelle. To help clarify, she used the word in a sentence. When I requested illustrations, she sent these.
Lugubrious: Looking or sounding sad and dismal. Like a cat whose supper is five minutes late.
"Stinkpot's lugubrious wails could be heard three towns distant."
Salubrious: Health-giving, healthy, healthful.
"Stinkpot makes a habit of having a salubrious spliff of catnip every evening to aid in his nocturnal naaaaaapping."
